The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 女主有点脚踏两只船的样子，旦并不影响整部电影的欢快轻松的气氛，尤其音乐每一首都那么喜欢
一个生活不说邋遢也是普通人的不修边幅，另一个完全就是强迫症，也要撮到一起…
一部最多只可以给到三颗星的爱情轻喜剧。几乎是看完这部影片后的同时，又重新看了一遍约翰库萨克的《缘分天注定》，相比20年前的作品，爱情轻喜剧在这20年里几乎是没有任何新的发展与进步，原地踏步不说，还可能呈现出某种退步。
全片明暗摇曳、压抑隐忍，加之男主角着实冷峻，紧绷绷地透着无限内心交战，可惜了这位扑克精算师，最后再度身陷囹圄；所幸音乐足够煽风点火。

中间睡过去了，出来和同行朋友对了一下答案，发现没错过太多。就打分了，感觉确实是好睡了一些。

剧本值得细品，前期铺垫算牌人过往的部分很老辣，不知不觉就被算牌这个麦高芬带到他的内心世界，挣扎和期望建立起来之后再推倒。Tye Sheridan的角色算是外化算牌人内心矛盾冲突的其中一方。节奏控制很好，创造出惊悚悬疑感。Paul Schrader说把男主角安排成算牌人是因为算牌是等待的游戏。不足的可能只有视听，朴赞郁拍的话可以再拔高一个台阶。

十年前的晋江水平吧，关键是真的难以get男女主的火花，这种片子剧情都是其次，主演一定要有feel啊！

无功无过爱情片，彼此顶嘴的话术还是可以学一学的。
在影片的最后，女主误会男主是因为想得到经理位置而去撩拨女主，使女主的内心受到了伤害，爱情的苦果总是会隐藏于办公室恋爱之中，谁又知谁是真心呢，难免不了的猜忌让两个人的心越走越远。
